Booking and Payments

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Charges apply as follows: more than 30 days before departure, 10% of the total cost; 15-30 days before departure, 50%; less than 15 days before departure, 100%.
To cancel your booking, please contact us in writing via email. We will process your cancellation request as per our policy.
Refunds are processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation.
