Booking and Payment
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after the receipt of full payment or a booking deposit as specified at the time of booking.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made through bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or any other method specified by Bholanath Tour & Travels.
Payment Terms: Full payment must be made before the commencement of the trip. In case of partial payment at the time of booking, the balance must be cleared as per the agreed terms.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Client: Cancellations made by clients must be communicated in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:
More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total cost.
15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total cost
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total cost.
Cancellation by Bholanath Tour & Travels: We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation.
Changes to Bookings
Amendments by Client: Any changes requested by the client after booking must be communicated in writing. While we will strive to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee that all changes will be possible.
Amendments by Bholanath Tour & Travels: We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to operational or other reasons. Clients will be informed of such changes as soon as possible.
Travel Documents and Requirements
Passports and Visas: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they have valid passports and visas for the entire duration of the trip.
Health Requirements: Clients must comply with the health requirements of the destination country. It is advisable to consult with a healthcare provider regarding vaccinations and other medical requirements.
Responsibilities and Liabilities
Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings, travel documents, and adherence to local laws and regulations.
Bholanath Tour & Travels Responsibilities: We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport companies. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by these service providers.
Force Majeure: Bholanath Tour & Travels is not liable for any loss, damage, or alteration to the itinerary due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, personal accidents, and loss of personal belongings.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used only for the purpose of arranging your travel services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Bholanath Tour & Travels reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their trip.
Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking with Bholanath Tour & Travels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
